Tatiana Mazniak
The Ukrainian Tatiana Mazniak received her education at the Kharkiv Choreographic School, the Kharkiv Specialized School and at the Kyiv State Choreographic School. In 2018 she joined the National Opera of Ukraine in Kiev, where she was promoted to second soloist in 2021. Her repertoire there includes roles in »La Bayadère«, »Sleeping Beauty«, »Coppélia«, »Le Corsaire«, »Giselle«, »The Nutcracker«, »Paquita«, »Scheherazade« and »Swan Lake«. Tours have taken her to China, Germany, Spain and to the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées in Paris. In 2015 and 2017 she participated in the International Ballet Festival »Grand Prix Kiev«. At the International Junior Festival »Grand Dance Academy« in Bulgaria she won the first prize in classical dance and the second prize in modern dance. Since May 2022 Tatiana Mazniak has been a member of the corps de ballet of the Vienna State Ballet, where she made her debut in the Grand Pas Classique from »Paquita« in the »Nureyev Gala«. This was followed by performances as Aurora's girlfriend in Martin Schläpfer's premiere of »The Sleeping Beauty«, Frederick Ashton's »La Fille mal gardée« and George Balanchine's »Symphony in C«.
