Anna Bondarenko

Anna Bondarenko was born in Ukraine and studied at the Odessa National Academy of Music. Since 2015, Anna Bondarenko has been an actress of the Odessa Ukrainian Musical Drama Theatre. She was the winner of international Competizione dell’Opera, she won the Grand prix at the All-Ukrainian vocal contest of O. Petrusenko, the first prize at the second international Festival of academic vocal and classical ballet Yaskrava Kraina. Since 2019 she has been a soloist of the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theatre, where she made debuts as Musetta in La bohème, Oksana in Semen Hulak-Artemowskijs Cossack beyond the Danube, the title role in Iolanta, Tatiana in Eugen Onegin, Leonora in Il trovatore. She was also guest soloist of the Minsk International Christmas Opera Forum. In 2020 she was invited to the Latvian National Opera as a guest soloist for the role of Lisa in The Queen of Spades. In 2022 she debuted at the Opera Nationale Romania Cluj-Napoca as Tatiana and Leonora. In the 2022/23 season she is a member of the ensemble of the Wiener Staatsoper.
