Anastasia Bartoli is a graduate of the Conservatory of Verona and won first prize at the Voci Verdiane Competition in Busseto in 2018. In 2019, she made her debuts in Padua, Catania, and Parma, followed by performances in Bari, Cagliari, Rome, Florence, Venice, Genoa, and Palm Beach. In 2021, she debuted as Lady Macbeth in Macbeth under Riccardo Muti. In 2022, she performed as Amelia in Simon Boccanegra at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo. In 2023, she debuted as Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni and as Desdemona in Otello under Zubin Mehta, and she also performed as Cristina in Eduardo e Cristina at the Rossini Opera Festival. In 2024, she sang the title role in Ermione at the same festival. Her repertoire also includes Abigaille (Nabucco), Elvira (Ernani), Nedda (Pagliacci), Lucrezia Contarini (I due Foscari), Tosca, and Mimì in La bohème.

Future engagements include her debuts at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden (in Nabucco) and at the Deutsche Oper Berlin (in Macbeth). Additionally, she will perform Tosca in Rome, Lady Macbeth in Parma, Odabella (Attila) in Venice, Suor Angelica in Trieste, and Amelia (Un ballo in maschera) in Bologna.
